The past weekend was so very warm! The girls were itching for some summertime fun on Sunday afternoon, so they suited up for a few water balloons at Grandpa and Grandma's!
With the warm came some incredible wind! Temps in the high 80's don't feel so summer-like when you are wet and the wind is blowing 40 mph.
Too windy to be wet? It's cool. Just head inside to Grandpa and Grandma's basement. They will let you swim inside even though it's an outside pool, and Grandma will even fill the pool with toasty warm water from the tap. Only a grandma would think to provide indoor, heated swimming opportunities. Clearly this is not something this mom would promote, but that's what makes grandmas grand. Their ideas are completely impractical and completely fun!
